Amanda J. Griffin is the President and founder of Market Data Resources, Inc. Amanda was born in Waycross, Georgia and has resided in several areas of Southeast, Georgia. She graduated from Ware County Sr High School in 1986 and attended Waycross College.  Amanda earned a Masters of Business Administration degree in 2002 from Barrington University. She offers over twelve years mortgage industry experience.   

Amanda is an Associate Member of The Appraisal Institute,. She is also a member of the Georgia Association of Realtors, Southeast Georgia Board of Realtors, Georgia MLS, Hinesville/Liberty MLS, Golden Isles MLS, Savannah MLS, Valdosta MLS and the Altamaha Basin MLS.

Amanda completed the Atlantic School of Real Estate in 2002. She has also attended the Georgia MLS Training Institute, The Real Estate Management School, The Appraisal Institute, and the Bramlett School of Real Estate. Amanda is a Certified Real Property Appraiser and passed the FHA exam in 2005.

Amanda takes great pride in providing quality appraisal services. In her spare time she can be found riding her Harley Davidson, fishing, traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
